Traffic is building on the motorway due to a crash
One lane is closed on a major motorway this afternoon (May 27) following a crash.
A crash on the M3, which was first reported to the AA just before 2pm, is causing queueing traffic.
The incident is impacting the southbound carriageway between junction 9, A34 (Winnal Roundabout/ Winchester North) to junction 10, A31 (Winchester).
The AA says: “Severe delays of 14 minutes on A34 Southbound between B3420 (Three Maids Hill) and M3 J9 (Winnal roundabout / Winchester North). Average speed five mph.”
