A crash on the motorway is causing considerable congestion this evening (November 7).
It has been reported that the M27 is ‘partially blocked’ due to a collision on the westbound carriageway before junction 5.
The AA says: “Partially blocked and stop-start traffic due to crash on M27 Westbound before J5 A335 Stoneham Way (Southampton Airport / Eastleigh). Congestion to J7 (Hedge End).”
