UPDATE: M27 lane cleared after vehicle breaks down
One lane was blocked on the M27 this morning after a vehicle broke down near the motorway.
Traffic information service ROMANSE tweeted that the first lane was blocked on the Junction 8/A3024 Windhover Interchange entry slip road.
Traffic is now moving as normal.
