UPDATE: Motorway lane re-opened after crash near Portsmouth
ALL lanes are now open on the M27 between junction 11 and junction 12 after a crash.
Drivers are still facing delays westbound between Portsmouth and Fareham following the incident involving three cars.
One lane had been closed to clear debris but it has now been opened. The closure has caused delays back to the Eastern Road junction on the A27.
Police confirmed no-one had been injured.
