UPDATE: Northern Road partly closed after road incident
Part of one of Portsmouth's major roads was closed this lunchtime after a road incident.
Portsmouth City Council tweeted that one lane in Northern Road in Cosham was shut, although it has now been reopened.
Vehicles were being allowed to use the bus lane while the incident is ongoing.
