UPDATE: Traffic delays on M27 after vehicle breaks down
There are long delays on the M27 this morning after a vehicle broke down on the carriageway.
Traffic has been building up eastbound between Junction 7 and 9.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokeswoman said a vehicle had broken down on the route shortly after 7am.
