M27 delays: Motorists facing delays of over an hour on motorway near Fareham after incident - live updates

Two lanes are currently blocked on the eastbound carriageway.

Hampshire County Council’s traffic account ROMANSE have said that the incident happened between J9 for A27 Park Gate and J10 for A32 Fareham.

Delays of over an hour have been reported.

ROMANSE tweeted: ‘M27 Fareham eastbound - 2 lanes BLOCKED between J9/A27 Park Gate and J10/A32 Fareham due to an RTI, heavy delays building.’

Before the accounted added: ‘2 lanes remain BLOCKED between J9/A27 #ParkGate and J10/A32 #Fareham due to an RTI, heavy delays approx 45 minutes.’
