Major delays on A27 near Portsmouth as roadworks overrun
and live on Freeview channel 276
Traffic has built up on the eastbound carriageway past the junction for the A3(M), and is queuing back to the end of the M27 in Portsmouth.
It is believed that the traffic is being caused by road works on the Havant Bypass.

Hide AdOne lane has been closed while the road works are still ongoing.
According to traffic information service Romanse there are currently delays of up to 30 minutes on the route.
To avoid this, motorists can drive up through Cosham and along Havant Road to access the A27, or drive through Havant to avoid the delays entirely.
