Recap updates as A27 was shut westbound between Fareham and Southampton after motorcyclist suffers life-threatening injuries in crash

The A27 Southampton Road in Titchfield was shut on the westbound carriageway due to a road traffic incident between Mill Lane, near the Titchfield Mill Pub, and St Margarets Roundabout.

In a tweet the traffic account said: ‘A27 Titchfield - Southampton Road CLOSED westbound due to RTI between Mill Lane (Titchfield Mill Pub) and St Margarets Roundabout, diversion in place.’
