Two vehicles were involved in a crash in Southsea earlier today.

Emergency services were called out to Devonshire Avenue just after 2pm after the collision between an orange BMW and a grey Citreon C3 Rhythm.

A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said no injuries had been reported.

South Central Ambulance Service and a fire crew from Southsea were also at the scene.

Traffic was building at the scene while the incident was dealt with.

Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service tweeted: ‘*1404* One appliance from @Southsea24 are currently dealing with a road traffic collision involving 2 vehicles in Devonshire Avenue, Portsmouth. @HantsPolice and @SCAS999 are both assisting with the incident.’
