UPDATE: Broken down train removed but delays continue
A BROKEN down train has been causing delays this morning.
The incident took place between Cosham and Fareham at about 7am, blocking the line from Portsmouth/Havant towards Fareham, but was removed shortly after 8am.
All lines are have now reopened but Southern rail is reporting that trains remain delayed by up to 20 minutes and some changes are still in place.
