Another month, another modest line-up for Amazon Prime.

But those seeking quality over quantity will still find much to enjoy. Including an Oscar-nominated drama, the return of crime sleeper-hit Sneaky Pete, and a brand new thriller series starring Jeff Daniels.

The Looming Tower

What is it? Starring Jeff Daniels and Alec Baldwin, this 10-episode series is based on the Pulitzer Prize winning exposé of the same name by Lawrence Wright.

The Looming Tower traces the rising threat of Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda, and takes a controversial look at how the rivalry between the CIA and FBI may have inadvertently set the stage for the tragedy of 9/11 and the war in Iraq.

Sneaky Pete (Season 2)

What is it? Sneaky Pete - executive produced by Bryan Cranston - debuted to little fanfare, pleasantly surprising many viewers.

It told the story of Marius, a man who stole his cellmate Pete’s identity, returning to Pete’s family and pretending to be their estranged son in a bid to hide from a gangster on the hunt. In Season 2, thugs believing Marius is the real Pete kidnap him and threaten to kill his family unless he takes them to Pete’s estranged mother Maggie, and the millions she stole from them.

When can I watch it? March 8

What is it? This drama has performed exceptionally well this Awards Season. And there's every chance that by the time you watch it Willem Dafoe will have picked up his Best Supporting Actor Oscar a couple of weeks earlier.

The film follows a six-year-old girl living a below the breadline existence in a motel with her mother, as they try to stay out of trouble and make ends meet.

The Dangerous Book for Boys

What is it? Based on non-fiction guidebook of the same name, this family-friendly new series - once again produced by Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston - follows the McKenna family as they attempt to cope with the untimely passing of Patrick , their patriarch and a whimsical inventor.

Hope appears in the form of The Dangerous Book for Boys that Patrick created as a handbook to help his three sons.

When can I watch it? March 30

Detroit

What is it? John Boyega stars in this hard hitting account of the civil unrest that rocked Detroit in the summer of 1967, directed by Kathryn Bigelow.

When a group of rogue police officers respond to a complaint with retribution rather than justice on their minds, things soon spiral out of control.
