Wellbeing for all: everyone deserves access to a healthier life - 40% off with community discount card

Horizon Leisure
Horizon Leisure is passionate about the connection between an active lifestyle and maintaining good physical and mental wellbeing.  Here, Scott Mackenzie, Commercial Director from Horizon Leisure, outlines their goals and latest offers.

Staying active helps clear the mind, release tension, build resilience, and offers a great opportunity to meet like-minded people, making it an essential part of a balanced, healthier lifestyle.

At Horizon Leisure we are committed to providing accessible and affordable health initiatives for everyone. We understand that when money is tight, visiting the gym or enjoying a swim at one of our pools may not be a priority. That's why, in partnership with Havant Borough Council, we're offering a special discount scheme. You can now apply to receive a 40% discount on some of our leisure activities and services.

What’s on offer!?

Horizon Leisure’s Community Discount Card offers a 40% discount on a range of activities at both Havant and Waterlooville Leisure Centres, including use of the main sports hall for team or family activities, swimming sessions, crèche facilities, squash, table tennis, casual gym sessions, and access to our fantastic Oceans of Play soft play area. There really is something for everyone, no matter your age or interests.

Real Life Impact:

One of Horizon Leisure’s customers said: “The discounted membership has had a profound impact on my family.  The confidence my child has gained, the skills they are developing and the friendships they are forming are all invaluable gifts that will benefit us all for years to come. My child especially loves swimming and soft play. We enjoy watching him progress. As a parent, it is incredibly heartwarming to see your child happy, engaged and building meaningful connections with his peers.

“As a family with a limited income, none of this would have been possible without the discounted membership, as opportunities like this are often out of reach.”

Who can apply?

You may be eligible for this scheme if you receive Income Support, Employment Support Allowance, Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Job Seekers Allowance, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit or Disability Allowance. Additionally, those receiving Working Tax Credit or Child Tax Credit with an NHS tax credit exemption certificate, as well as full-time students aged 18 and over may also qualify. Full terms and conditions are available on our website.
