Aborah poised for Pompey run out
Stanley Aborah is tonight pencilled in to make his Pompey bow.
Although, the reserves’ fixture with Everton under-23s must first survive a Westleigh Park pitch inspection.
Recent recruit Aborah is expected to feature alongside the likes of Nicke Kabamba and Drew Talbot for the Premier League Cup clash (7pm).
With Pompey having one eye on tomorrow evening’s League Two visit of Morecambe, there will be a largely youthful look about their reserve side.
Nonetheless, it is anticipated Aborah will be given the chance for match action as he pushes for first-team consideration.
A pitch inspection is scheduled to take place at 4.30pm following heavy rain on the Hawks’ playing surface.
