Catlin: Striker deal ends strong Portsmouth loan business
The window came down on Pompey's summer of business at 5pm today, with Joe Mason the final transfer arrival.
The striker became Jackett's 10th addition when agreeing a loan move from Premier League side Wolves until January.

But Mason's addition bolsters some sturdy loan recruitment by Jackett with Ben Thompson, David Wheeler and Andre Green all arriving from Championship sides.
Chief executive, Mark Catlin, believes Mason's signature completes some powerful temporary deals.
He said: '˜Kenny's worked the market very, very well. He's supplemented that with four very good loan signings who give us a different mix, with ages and stages of their careers.

Catlin feels Jackett has now created a Pompey squad to reflect his football philosophy.
He added: '˜I think Kenny has done an amazing job with how he's restructured the squad over the summer.
'˜He's moulded a team in his own image, how he likes to play. It takes two or three transfer windows to do that and Kenny's coming to the end of that cycle.
'˜He's got the players he wants and we're ready to go for the rest of the season.'Â
