Hnath at the double as AFC Portchester claim first ever FA Youth Cup success
Hnath’s double helped the Royals win 4-0 at Alton Town in the first qualifying round to book a trip to the New Forest to take on Brockenhurst.
Anthony Reynolds had put the visitors into a half-time lead, with Harvey Ashton also on target after the break in front of a three-figure crowd.

This is only Portchester’s second Youth Cup campaign, and last season they fell at the first hurdle, beaten 4-1 by Camberley.
Hnath impressed on his handful of first team appearances last term, attracting the interest of Pompey, AFC Bournemouth and Reading.
He has yet to figure in the Royals first team in 2020/21.
Portchester are the second local Wessex League team to have tasted Youth Cup victory this week, with US Portsmouth having beaten Bournemouth Poppies 5-1 to set up a home date with Fareham Town.
