Matt Tubbs seals Pompey exit
The transfer-listed striker has moved to Forest Green Rovers, weeks after initially turning down the non-league side.
Tubbs represented one of the Blues’ top earners and they were eager to remove him off their wage bill after he fell out of favour under Paul Cook.
