Paul Cook is set to stick with his favoured 4-2-3-1 formation, with David Forde once again expected to start in goal for the Blues.

The back four is likely to be Gareth Evans (right-back), Christian Burgess (centre-back), Matt Clarke (centre-back) and Enda Stevens (left-back), with Michael Doyle and Danny Rose sitting in front as the two holding midfielders.

Going forward, Carl Baker (right), Gary Roberts (centre) and Kyle Bennett (left) are likely to be the attacking three behind lone striker Michael Smith.
