Pompey defender cancels contract
Adam Buxton has departed Pompey by mutual consent.
Buxton’s contracted, which was up in the summer, has been cancelled after he arrived last August.
The 24-year-old made eight appearances for Paul Cook’s side but failed to make a first-team impression after recovering from an ankle injury.
The former Accrington man leaves the Blues after Ben Close joined Eastleigh on loan for the rest of the season.
