Pompey party as title is secured

Paul Cook’s side wrapped up the title after a dramatic day at Fratton Park.

A 6-1 win, along with Hartlepool’s 2-1 victory against Doncaster and Grimsby drawing 1-1 with Plymouth, handed Pompey the title.
