Pompey v Wycombe: Early team news
Adam Buxton will be handed only his third Pompey outing when Wycombe visit Fratton Park on Saturday (3pm).
He will replace Gareth Evans at right-back for the FA Cup fixture – after recovering from his latest injury setback.
Ben Close and Danny Rose have also been recalled to replace suspended duo Michael Doyle and Amine Linganzi in the midfield holding roles.
Paul Cook must decide whether to give Conor Chaplin a rest following seven successive starts, with Noel Hunt on stand-by.
