Pompey video: Roberts scores training-ground stunner
Gary Roberts is in fine goalscoring form with four strikes in his last three Pompey games.
And if training is anything to go by, then signs of the Blues playmaker adding to that tally in tomorrow’s clash with Wycombe are promising.
That’s after young goalkeeper Alex Bass could only stand and watch as Roberts curled in a wonderful free-kick at Pompey’s Roko base this morning.
Captured by the club’s video man Dan Smith, the 32-year-old fared far better than assistant boss Leam Richardson who was practising alongside him.
