Pompey youngster joins Eastbourne Borough
The 18-year-old has moved to the National League South side on a one-month deal after spending a similar period at Salisbury earlier in the season.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has made one senior appearance for the Blues – against Exeter in last term’s Johnstone’s Paint Trophy.

Speaking to the Eastbourne Herald, he said: ‘Obviously, his name will get the attention but we have signed him because he’s a decent young player in his own right.
‘He will join on an initial one-month loan deal from Portsmouth and goes straight into the squad for the long trip to Truro this weekend.
‘Unfortunately, he is cup-tied so he won’t feature in our FA Cup matches but I’m sure he’ll prove to be a tremendous asset to us for the league fixtures.
‘Christian can play across the midfield and in wide areas.
‘We are grateful to Paul Cook and his staff at Fratton Park for allowing Christian to join us at this time.’
