5. Owen Dale - 8
He was Pompey's dangerman in the first half and was a nightmare to the Boro defence. He did fall off as the game went on but was unlucky not to find the net - Booked. Photo: National World
6. Denver Hume - 7
Caused a real threat down the left flank and produced a number of fine crosses into the box, which should’ve found a team-mate. Photo: National World
7. Jay Mingi - 8 (Man-of-the-match)
(Replaced by Marlon Pack on 62 minutes) - Got the opener after a fantastic surging run from the midfield and slotted home comfortably. Was a real presence in the centre of the park and moved the ball well. Photo: National World
8. Joe Morrell - 7
(Replaced by Ryan Tunnicliffe on 69 minutes) -Two weeks to the day since he last appeared in the World Cup. Swapped the heat of Qatar to the cold of Fratton Park and took time to get into the game. But his through ball to Koroma was delicious, ultimately securing the win. Photo: National World
