Buoyant Portsmouth secure central-defensive pair for League One play-off boost

The Blues have negotiated the extension of the key central-defensive pair to ensure their presence for another month.

However, both clubs have agreed to the pair remaining to see out what could be up to three matches in the League One play-offs.

In addition, Lee Brown, Oli Hawkins, Brandon Haunstrup and Brett Pitman have also signed up, with their deals previously scheduled to end on June 30.

Matt Casey and Adam May will also remain, although the duo have been informed by Kenny Jackett they will be released when the campaign ends.

They have not been training with the Blues, yet will serve as cover.

Meanwhile, Luke McGee has opted not to sign an extension and now leaves Fratton Park.

Elsewhere, the club have announced the exit of youngster Bradley Lethbridge.
