Director Eric Eisner hails fans for their contribution to Portsmouth win at Bolton
And the Blues director recognised the impact their presence had on the side as the PO4 outfit recorded an important 1-0 win at the Trotters.
Kenny Jackett’s side were accompanied by 1,846 members of the travelling Fratton faithful in the away end at the University of Bolton Stadium.

However, the Blues’ following was in fine voice throughout and played their part in a nervous finale which saw the hosts push for a late equaliser.
The leveller failed to materialise, though, despite Bolton’s best efforts.
And, via Twitter, Eisner offered his respect to those fans who made the near nine-hour round trip.
He tweeted: ‘The blue army was out of force today!!!!

Eisner also praised the Pompey players for holding out to claim all three points against Keith Hill’s side.
In a tongue-in-cheek remark, he said the team had won ‘the Pompey way’.
He added via Twitter: ‘The cardiac kids aka the Pompey way. #pup’ – which was similar to Michael Eisner’s tweet after the final whistle blew in the north west.
Making reference to the nervous wait for the win to be secured, Pompey’s American chairman said: ’3 more crucial points. Another cardiac last 10 minutes.’
