New head coach Danny Cowley has already implemented parts of his football philosophy in a short space of time.
Different formations have been used, alongside a mantra of fast attacking football and playing out from the back.
Some players, let’s be honest, have adapted better than others.
And with Cowley and his brother Nicky earmarked for a long-term Fratton Park stay, they will naturally look to bring in their own players to suit their needs.
But what does that mean for the curreny squad?
Here, Freddie Webb looks at each first-teamer to decide whether they have a future at Fratton Park beyond this season.
Some players, let’s be honest, have adapted better than others.

Verdict: Harness’ technique and creativity makes him stand out among the current squad.
His versatility has been proven by playing well as a winger, attacking-midfielder and striker, making use of his quick feet and turn of pace to unlock defences.
Even though the 25-year-old has gone missing in certain games, he has all the attacking capabilities to build a forward line around.
