Blackpool prove their pulling power as Fleetwood snap up midfielder serving lengthy ban - how Portsmouth's League One rivals have recruited in past week

In a week which saw Pompey sign former Wigan attacking midfielder Michael Jacobs, plenty of other League One clubs were also improving their ranks.
In total, 15 new arrivals were registered by clubs in League One, with Swindon the busiest as they added three players to their squad.
The Blues’ opponents on Saturday, newly-relegated Wigan, were also active. Manager John Sheridan brought in two new arrivals as he looks to bolster his numbers.
