Hull boss Grant McCann insists 'common sense' was not used for controversial Portsmouth opener at KCOM Stadium
The Blues broke the deadlock in the sixth minute on their way to a 2-0 win in the top-of-the-table clash.
Unfortunate defender Jacob Greaves was credited with putting the ball in the back of his own net.

The ex-Norwich man’s foot was high as he attacked the ball in a bid to score.
Yet, Greaves was also stooping in his attempt to mop up the danger, receiving a cut to the eye in the process.
The goal split opinion in both camps.
It was the opinion of referee Michael Salisbury that counted, though, in the end and he awarded the goal – much to the annoyance of McCann.
The Tigers boss said it was a definite foul.

‘His eye is cut open and anywhere else on the pitch, I think he (Salisbury) gives a free-kick.
"The second one we didn't defend well enough and it ends up in our net.
‘But if you watch it (the first goal) back the foot's got into Jacob.

Pompey, who failed to produced a single shot on goal, wrapped up victory when Josh Magennis scored the game’s second own goal on 55 minutes.
The win now sees the Blues occupy top spot in League One, with Hull dropping a place into second.
It was the hosts’ third league defeat in a row, but McCann said there was nothing between the two side.

‘Defensively, I thought we were good apart from the two goals – we've obviously scored own goals from.
‘In an attacking sense, as a team, I think we put in over 25 crosses, we just didn't seem to get on the end of any and when we did, Josh hit the crossbar.
‘I thought we got into some really good areas, but we just didn't make it count and ultimately its cost us.’
