Jack Whatmough back for Portsmouth pre-season training after missing play-offs
The Gosport lad is back training with the Blues after missing the play-off semi-final defeat to Oxford United last month.
Whatmough didn’t return after the lockdown period amid the coronavirus outbreak as his partner was pregnant with their first child.

Hide AdHe put the health and wellbeing of his young family first, which was a stance respected by the club.
Whatmough’s partner, Demi, gave birth to their baby girl, Esme Rose, at the start of July.
Now the centre-back has met up with his team-mates on the first day of pre-season ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
