Kenny Jackett explains latest on Jordy Hiwula's short-team Portsmouth deal expiry
However, the Blues boss is keen to retain the striker who is beginning to prove his goal worth.

Hide AdIt represents three goals in five outings for the former Coventry City forward, who arrived at Fratton Park on a free transfer in October.
The 26-year-old’s short-term contract is set to expire on January 20, with Jackett interested in extending his stay.
As of yet, however, the issue has not been explored.
Jackett told The News: ‘I hope there won’t be problems with Jordy signing. I’m pleased with him, but we haven’t spoken about that.
‘If you are asking me what I think of him, I like him, I think he has fitted in well and looks comfortable at the club.

Hide Ad‘I haven’t talked to him about his contract, he has really got his head down and worked hard and tried to help us. He is a good quality to have.
‘You want people who are comfortable and want to be at the club.
‘I brought him in and have been pleased with what I have seen so far, definitely.
‘His first goal was a little header down from Alf and he got it. The second was a great ball from Bryn, which put Jordy one-v-one with the keeper.’
