Kenny Jackett fears FA punishment after Portsmouth's heated post-match scuffle with Oxford United
After the 1-1 draw with Oxford, Ronan Curtis and the U’s substitute John Mousinho clashed as players left the pitch.
It sparked a melee on the Fratton Park turf between both sets of players, with referee Tim Robinson subsequently booking both Curtis and Mousinho.

Hide AdRegardless, Pompey’s boss believes the club could be handed a fine or warning over the initial incident which sparked the scenes.
He said: ‘It is what it is, at that moment both Ronan Curtis and one of their players were booked.
‘It was a coming together, so will get reported, but I did feel the whole incident was over before it started.

Hide Ad‘It was one of those where there were a lot of staff on the pitch, that’s not right either.
‘Staff shouldn’t be on the pitch at all. I wasn’t myself.
‘It was an incident which was something of nothing, I didn’t think there were any punches thrown. It was over before it really set off.
‘But both clubs will get charged for that. It could be a fine or maybe a warning, it depends how many times you have done it.
‘But that type of incident is against the rules, even if it was over before it started. It’s not allowed.

At the weekend, Preston's Darnell Fisher was captured carrying out a similar act on Sheffield Wednesday's Callum Paterson during their Championship encounter.
Fisher has since been charged by the FA – a punishment which could also befall Taylor for his actions on Curtis.
