One of the best day of my life - Portsmouth great and former West Ham United, Wigan Athletic and Charlton Athletic striker remembers legendary moment

The Blues great has relived the goal against Burnley which propelled Harry Redknapp’s side to the top flight, on the 18th anniversary of the never-to-be-forgotten night.

The Bulgarian memorably grabbed the only goal of the game, before diving headlong into the Fratton End in legendary scenes at the tail end of the 2002-03 season.

The division’s top scorer that season took to Twitter today to retweet a video of the delirious moment and simply stated: One of the best days of my life PUP.
