Hide AdThe Blues manager said: ‘Nobody has said that to me or shown any hesitation (that they don’t want to play).
‘Generally, there has been some excitement in the squad about getting back playing.
‘It's a big one for us and we have an opportunity to be successful this season.
‘We haven't had any information from any of the players not wanting to play and we have been in constant dialogue with them.
‘Regarding Lyle Taylor, every situation is individual and I say that within my squad.
‘It is an individual situation and you have to deal with each one separately.’
