Do you agree with how Blues writer Jordan Cross saw it at Fratton Park after a memorable afternoon to savour?

Intensity and searing pace worried Bristol City. Got after the Robins for the first-half goal and looks the standout player along with Lang in Pompey’s ranks when it comes to Championship quality. Couple of sloppy moments after restart, but that was forgotten after delicious ball in for third. Photo: Jason Brown

Pompey look a different proposition with the Magic Man leading the line. Went to war with Bristol City’s physically imposing back line and didn’t shirk the challenge for a second. Rewarded with his second Championship goal and then a delightful assist for Murphy. Photo: Jason Brown
