The summer signing from Ipswich has missed the Blues’ past two games after suffering a dead leg in the Leasing.com Trophy semi-final victory over Exeter last week.

Harrison was set to start at Fleetwood on Saturday, but pulled up during the warm-up and was replaced by Oli Hawkins for the 1-0 loss.

The striker also wasn’t risked in Tuesday’s 3-1 triumph over MK Dons.

Harrison will undergo a fitness test before tomorrow morning’s visit of the Dale, but Kenny Jackett believes the former Bristol Rovers man will be available.

He's the only injury concern, with Bryn Morris continuing his rehab for his long-term abdomen problem.

Blues boss Jackett said: ‘Ellis trained today. We’ll tick a box tomorrow but we expect him to be fit and available for selection for Friday.

‘I don’t expect anyone else to be missing. We’re pleased we have people fit and available for this busy period and that’s good.’
