Speaking to the club’s official Twitter account, the man who arrived in 2017 stated he’s positive the issue will not prove significant.

He said: ‘I need an operation on my forearm.

‘They’re expecting I will need two weeks recovery after that operation.

‘It’s a precautionary one and in terms of the Covid protocol it shows you how difficult things are at the moment.

‘I’m really not anticipating not being out any length of time or having any problems.'
