Portsmouth extend stay of Birmingham left-back Steve Seddon
The Birmingham left-back’s loan deal expired at the end of May, a timeframe which would have included any potential play-off campaign.
However, with the 2019-20 League One season to be extended in some form due to the coronavirus crisis, Pompey would have lost his services.

Hide AdThe Blues have now moved to retain the 22-year-old, who has been in such impressive form since arriving from the Championship in January.
Seddon has so far totalled 17 appearances and scored once, establishing himself as Kenny Jackett’s regular left-back.
Other loanees at Fratton Park are Sean Raggett and Cameron McGeehan and Ross McCrorie.
