Championship football keeps on coming for Pompey as they turn their attention to this evening’s huge showdown against Ipswich Town.
The tough challenges don’t stop there, though, for John Mousinho’s men, who take on Kieran McKenna’s second-placed outfit in their re-arranged game.
This fixture has been twice postponed in recent months due separate weather-related issues. The first in January was called off four hours before kick-off due to a frozen pitch while the second was postponed because of waterlogging in February.
This evening’s contest will no doubt have huge implications at either end of the standings, with Pompey currently one point above the relegation zone, while the Tractor Boys could further solidify their spot in the Championship top two with a win.
We’ve taken a look at the early team and injury news from both camps ahead of the huge Fratton showdown.
