Portsmouth make four changes against Millwall - while player handed surprise call up after 10-month absence
The Blues head coach has made four changes against Millwall
John Mousinho has restored all four players rested for Wolves to his starting XI this afternoon.
Although, surprisingly, Jayden Meghoma is among those who make way for the visit of Millwall to Fratton Park.

As suspected, Marlon Pack, Marko Milovanovic and Ryan Kavuma-McQueen return to the team following the 1-1 draw at Molineux.
Zak Swanson also comes in, although replacing Meghoma at left-back, with goal-scorer Terry Devlin keeping his place at right-back.
Elsewhere, Franco Umeh is named on the bench for the first time since January 2026, when he featured as a substitute in the FA Cup game against Arsenal.
He takes the place of Ben Killip, who had been on the bench for the previous three matches as one of two goalkeepers.
Pompey: Schmid, Devlin, Poole, Dia, Swanson, Pack, Mohamed, Kamara, Segecic, Kavuma-McQueen, Milovanovic.
Subs: Bielica, Umeh, Meghoma, Shade, Shein, Waddingham, Bailey, Kenny, Adams.
