And the right-back is adamant the Blues have to use their late success to continue their unbeaten run into 2026.

Despite late adversity, Swanson has praised the belief shown by the side to snatch victory and move out of the relegation zone.
Pompey favourite’s praise after Charlton triumph
The 25-year-old said: ‘It was a mad game. To score that late after conceding, it was demoralising but that winner and those scenes at the end.
‘I saw a few fans leaving but then seen them all piling back in but it was a massive result for us and a joy to be involved in.
‘It was a great finish, especially after conceding that late to go on and score that goal shows that belief as a team.
‘It was very, very sickening. A lot of the lads were distraught, I think Tez (Terry Devlin) was on the floor. We all believe in each other and we all stick together and that showed at the end.
‘The belief we’ve got in our team is very high and we’ve got a lot of lads injured but it’s a lot of the lad’s time to step in and show the belief. They’ve been waiting patiently and Minhyoek came back and scored, Shocks back from injury and score and they won us the game.
‘It comes from the football club to be honest. I think the fans have that installed in us, especially when we are at Fratton.
‘You have to be like that to play here and it’s massive for us and we have to show that because we need to win games of football so we need it.’
Favourite’s huge Pompey demands after Charlton heroics

The triumph moved Mousinho’s men back out of the Championship relegation zone and head into 2026 sitting 21st in the standings.
With the Blues now unbeaten in their previous four league matches, Swanson has demanded his side have to keep ‘pushing on’ in their battle for survival.
He added: ‘When you go four unbeaten you need to keep pushing on, it can’t be we’ve only gone four unbeaten then you lose the next one.
‘It’s not about that, you need to keep pushing on and making it five, six and more unbeaten.
‘That’s what we need to do, that’s what makes you a good team and that's what gets you away from the bottom three.
‘It’s the perfect way to end 2025. Probably didn’t want it as hard as that but it’s massive.
‘When you win games of football like that you have to enjoy it. We’ve got a massively busy period at this time but you’ve got to enjoy games like that, especially when you win here.’
