66 fabulous photos of 2,791 spirited Portsmouth faithful backing side against Bristol City at Ashton Gate

Pompey fell to a frustrating 2-1 defeat to Bristol City at Ashton Gate on Saturday.

Despite a bright start, the Robins capitalised on poor defending by the Blues, with Lorent Tolaj firing the hosts ahead on 31 minutes. Their lead was doubled early into the second half, when Jason Knight rose highest to head home from a corner.

John Mousinho’s men were able to pull a goal back deep into stoppage time when Marko Milovanovic converted from the spot to open his Fratton Park account.

Indeed, the Blues were followed by 2,791 supporters at Ashton Gate, with the Fratton faithful making all the noise as they looked to help their side to a result against Michael Skubala’s side.
