2. Thomas Waddingham
The Aussie hasn’t been seen since late August due to a quad issue sustained in training at the start of the season. Although the striker was expected to return to the fold last month, he continues to remain absent, with Mousinho recently admitting the Blues had to be cautious over the January 2025 arrival. 3. Andre Dozzell
Dozzell, who had only missed just one game because of suspension prior to an ankle issue sustained against Sheffield United last month, had been an ever-present in Mousinho’s engine room. The midfielder is recovering well and has been pencilled in for a return over the Easter weekend. Expected return: Norwich City (April 3). | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages

4. Josh Knight
Knight has been sidelined since November after picking up a back issue, before scans later uncovered a stress fracture in his back. The centre-back was initially ruled out for the end of the season, but could still return before the season’s close and play a part in the run in. Mousinho has suggested the defender is four weeks away from a potential return, which would fall on the trip to Middlesbrough next month.
