Here’s how Blues writer Jordan Cross rated John Mousinho’s men at the Kingfield Stadium.
9. John Swift - 7
Rabona for Bishop’s goal lit up the first half, as he Swift was handed pivot role with Le Roux. Moved the ball well on a slow pitch. | Simon Roe/ProSportsImages
10. Michael Ani - 6
Decent enough effort after being handed a summer pro deal. Offered an outlet for Swift’s balls and showed enthusiasm. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages
11. Colby Bishop 7
Pre-season goal account up and running thanks to Swift’s pin-point Rabona, which was greedily dispatched. Went close with one early chance and laid down a physical marker against Woking defence. | Simon Roe/ProSportsImages
12. Harvey Blair 5
Feels like a big pre-season for the winger, with Fratton career in the balance. Offered purpose but capable of more direct threat than he offered. | Habibur Rahman
