Portsmouth unveil second signing of the summer after beating Luton and Lincoln to exciting winger
The Northern Ireland Under-21 international joins the Blues on a three-year deal
Pompey have completed their second signing of the summer following the capture of Eoin Kenny.
The 20-year-old has been unveiled on a three-year deal after signing from League of Ireland side Dundalk for an undisclosed fee.

The Blues beat off competition from Luton and Lincoln to recruit the highly-regarded Northern Ireland Under-21 winger, who has already registered more than 100 first-team appearances in his career.
Kenny is now set to link up with his new team-mates on their pre-season training camp, having flown to the Republic of Ireland on Sunday.
Pompey last week snapped up former Stockport midfielder Odin Bailey on a free transfer, while they are poised to complete deals for Rocco Shein and Marko Milovanovic for substantial transfer fees.
