Pompey continue to cast their eye over Lewes youngster Taylor Seymour, who impressed during a four-week trial and will be with the club until the end of the season.

However, with Alex Bass and Craig MacGillivray the Blues’ only senior keepers, they are keen to add to their ranks in that department.

Turnbull, 21, was recently named in the All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Men’s Soccer Team for the 2019 season.

Last month, the 6’ 7’ stopper was selected by Houston Dynamos in the third round of the 2020 MLS SuperDraft.

The Fighting Irish ace, from Illinois, was the 18th pick of the round and 70th pick overall.
