Crucially for Danny Cowley, he will have Owen Dale and Dane Scarlett back in his disposal after the pair were both unavailable for last week’s win over MK Dons in the FA Cup.
The pair were denied the chance to feature by their parent clubs but are both expected to make an instant return following their absence.
The left-back was dropped from the side against MK Dons as Cowley opted to use Denver Hume at left-wing back. With the ex-Sunderland man fully fit, he’ll be pushing Ogilvie harder than ever for a place in the starting line-up. Photo: Jason Brown
The 24-year-old missed last week’s victory after Blackpool denied him permission to play with a January recall possible. Nonetheless, he’s playing for the Blues now and will make an instant return to the starting line-up against Wycombe. Photo: Simon Roe
Injury free and back into the Pompey line-up. The midfielder has been an ever-present in the Blues’ side when fit and it’s not a surprise to see him in the middle of the park again on Sunday. Photo: Jason Brown
Like Swanson, the 22-year-old just keeps getting better and better the more he’s on the pitch. Mingi put in a man-of-the-match performance against MK Dons last week and, with the return of Pack, was given freedom to venture further forward. Although Morrell is back, the youngster is likely to feature in the centre of the park once again. Photo: Jason Brown
