Portsmouth return to site of show of force as latest pre-season friendly announced

Pompey will go to MK Dons as their latest pre-season trip is confirmed.
The Blues travel to Stadium MK on Tuesday, July 30 (7.30pm) to take on the League Two side, who finished in the play-offs last season.

And a familiar face is in the ranks of former Blues defender Mike Williamson’s squad, with Ellis Harrison joining the club from Port Vale last year.
Another away trip to a league opponent is expected to be confirmed, with pitch and ground work at Fratton Park meaning a home friendly cannot be hosted this year.
Pompey go to Gosport on Tuesday, July 16 (7pm).
There will then be two games in as many days, starting with a visit to Havant & Waterlooville’s Westleigh Park on Friday, July 19 (7pm kick-off).

Hide AdAnd on Saturday, July 20, the Blues make the short hop across to West Sussex to take on Bognor Regis Town (1pm kick-off).
Pompey are travelling abroad for a European training camp this summer, though there will not be a fixture as part of that stay.
