The Blues’ faltering form continued at Doncaster as they fell to a 2-1 loss on Tuesday night.

Worringly, Kenny Jackett’s side have won just three of their past 10 games and dropped to fifth in the table.

Significant sections of supporters have started to write of Pompey’s chances of reaching the Championship for another campaign.

But Naylor called for unity with 15 games and 45 points still to play for.

And with Jackett coming under fire, the skipper insists the onus is on the players to turn around the Blues’ fortunes.

Naylor wrote on Twitter: ‘Frustrating game last night, we need to stick together, there is a lot of points still to play for.

‘I believe in this squad and the quality we have at this club. We as players are the only ones who can change this and it’s time to step up and fight for every 3 points on offer!’
