Portsmouth to face Bournemouth or Arsenal in FA Cup fifth round

Pompey will face either Bournemouth or Arsenal in the fifth round of the FA Cup at Fratton Park.

The Blues host one of the Premier League clubs the week commencing Monday, March 2.

Should the tie end a draw after 90 minutes it will go to extra-time and, if necessary, penalties to determine a winner on the night.

And that will pocket Pompey £360,000 in prize money if they do progress to the quarter-finals.

The Blues are enjoying their best run in the famous competition since being defeating in the final by Chelsea in 2010.

So far in the Cup, Kenny Jackett’s side have defeated Harrogate, Altrincham and Fleetwood before putting Championship side Barnsley to the sword on Saturday.

Now Pompey await who they’ll face in the fifth round, with Bournemouth hosting Arsenal tonight (8pm).
